UK POLICY GOVERNANCE ASSOCIATION

The UKPGA in association with the new London Centre for Corporate Governance and Ethics at Birkbeck, London University, are holding a workshop on Wednesday 22 October. The event will take place in the Clore Management Centre at Birkbeck (see maps) and will focus on building effective NHS boards using Policy Governance.

The use of Policy Governance at Southend University Hospital NHS will be a specific case study with both the Chair and CEO of the trust making presentations and participating in a ‘board governance surgery’.
